Tricia Solomon Eppelheimer

Tricia Solomon Eppelheimer

Broker

For nearly two decades, Tricia has remained one of the leading luxury real estate brokers for both buyers and sellers in the Coachella Valley. Tricia’s strong work ethic and extensive knowledge of the Coachella Valley has given her clients an unparalleled advantage in a highly competitive market.

Tricia’s roots in the Coachella Valley and the industry run deep. Her grandmother, Corinne, was a renowned interior designer and her father, Peter, and grandfather, Joe, partnered and founded Regency Homes, a prime Valley homebuilder and subdivision developer. The company is responsible for a number of high end custom homes throughout the Valley and various developments including Victoria Falls, Versailles, Parkview Villas and Regency Palms.

Tricia’s connection to Regency dates all the way back to middle school where she worked after school and during summer break. Ultimately, she earned a BA from San Diego State University and upon graduation, she returned home to work full time for her family. Over the years, her responsibilities have included design, production and sales which led her to understand all aspects of home construction and development, from land planning to sales and maintenance. Along the way, Tricia received her California Real Estate Brokers License.

As lead broker at Regency Residential, Tricia proudly upholds her family’s valued and trusted reputation with every client she partners with. Her approach to real estate is founded on getting to know and understand the needs and wishes of her clients.

“I get a great deal of satisfaction focusing my energy into helping people make the very best real estate decisions, whether they are buying or selling,” said Tricia. “I know that buying a home is often the single largest investment a person or family will make and I do not take that lightly.”

Tricia specializes in all aspects of real estate, from lot and land acquisition to commercial and residential sales. She currently lives in Palm Desert with her husband David and their 3 dogs. She sits on the Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Desert and serves as its Secretary-Treasurer, and is also active in the McCallum Theatre Muses and Patroness Circle and is a ten-year member of the Rancho Mirage Rotary Club.
