Meet the Regency Residential Team
Tricia Solomon Eppelheimer
BrokerFor over a decade, Tricia has remained one of the leading luxury real estate brokers for both buyers and sellers in the Coachella Valley. Tricia’s strong work ethic and extensive knowledge of the Coachella Valley has given her clients an unparalleled advantage in a highly competitive market.
Tricia’s roots in the Coachella Valley and the industry run deep. Her grandmother, Corinne, was a renowned interior designer and her father, Peter, and grandfather, Joe, partnered and founded Regency Homes, a prime Valley homebuilder and subdivision developer. The company is responsible for a number of high end custom homes throughout the Valley and various developments including Victoria Falls, Versailles, Parkview Villas and Regency Palms.
Tricia’s connection to Regency dates all the way back to middle school where she worked after school and during summer break. Ultimately, she earned a BA from San Diego State University and upon graduation, she returned home to work full time for her family. Over the years, her responsibilities have included design, production and sales which led her to understand all aspects of home construction and development, from land planning to sales and maintenance. Along the way, Tricia received her California Real Estate Brokers License and also holds a General Contractor (B) and Engineering Contractor (A) license.
As lead broker at Regency Residential, Tricia proudly upholds her family’s valued and trusted reputation with every client she partners with. Her approach to real estate is founded on getting to know and understand the needs and wishes of her clients.
“I get great deal of satisfaction focusing my energy into helping people make the very best real estate decisions, whether they are buying or selling,” said Tricia. “I know that buying a home is often the single largest investment a person or family will make and I do not take that lightly.”
Tricia specializes in all aspects of real estate, from lot and land acquisition to commercial and residential sales. She currently lives in Palm Desert with her husband David and their 3 dogs. She sits on the Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Desert and serves as its Secretary-Treasurer, and is also active in the McCallum Theatre Muses and Patroness Circle and is a ten-year member of the Rancho Mirage Rotary Club.

She strives to be a better version of herself every day and to never grow stagnant by improving her knowledge base no matter how long she’s been in real estate.
Diane embraces the fast-changing world by expanding her knowledge of technological changes and opportunities in the real estate market. Diane finds great joy in daily life and interacting with people. She has been a resident of the desert for 14 years and also enjoys hiking and trying out new coffee shops in her free time.
Real Estate Agent, Regency ResidentialBergen Carey has called the desert her home for nearly two decades, and real estate has been her calling for as long as she can remember. Whether buying or selling real estate for investment or personal use, Bergen has done it all and hasn’t looked back since she began her career.
During her time in the desert, she has gained a deep and personal understanding of the community that makes up the Valley.
“She connects with people and understands the importance of lifestyle from the vantage point of a working class family, to that of a more affluent resident looking for a home at Bighorn or The Reserve. She also knows how to properly value a home due to her personal home improvement and resale investments.”
Bergen is a mover and a shaker, and a mother to twin ten year-old boys. She loves to travel, work out and lead a very active lifestyle. She feels that “to give real service, you must deal in something that cannot be bought or sold. I have found sincerity and integrity being part of the Regency Residential team.”
